Building and maintaining cross-border commerce integrations for major storefront platforms and shipping partners.

Build and maintain integrations across Shopify, BigCommerce, Magento, WooCommerce, and Salesforce Commerce Cloud that connect merchant stores to Zonos landed-cost, duty, and tax services.
Led development of a UPS-branded BigCommerce Duty & Tax white-label app, including partner account setup, carrier ID registration, and app store submission.
Led and helped build a FedEx Shopify white-label app, covering rating, order processing, label workflows, and merchant onboarding.
Developed Shopify checkout UI extensions for tax ID capture, currency conversion, and cart-attribute syncing of Zonos data.
Shipped a WooCommerce plugin for UPS Global Checkout, including WordPress.org SVN submission, trademark review, and queue-based order processing in PHP.
Owned technical merchant communications for complex integration issues, release notes, configuration guidance, and Shopify App Store compliance reviews.
